Room furnishings were clean and comfortable, with a good location near shops and restaurants. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options to choose from. WIFI connectivity was fast and reliable.
The hotel had a serious problem with staff responsiveness, and it's lack of design quality was quite evident. the service was incredibly slow, and we had to wait long periods before receiving any assistance.

Location was great, right on the main street with a supermarket and pharmacy nearby. The bed was comfortable and I loved the fresh fruit delivered to the room every day. The staff were also friendly and welcoming.
The air conditioning was noisy and not properly fitted, making it difficult to sleep. The bathroom lighting was poor and the mosquito net didn't cover the entire bed.

The hotel is conveniently located on the main street with craft shops and a farmers market within walking distance. I enjoyed the breakfast selection at the hotel cafe and appreciated the helpful staff who ensured I always had water bottles. Additionally, having a supermarket next door was very convenient.
Liked everything.

the location couldn't be better, with shops, markets, and a supermarket nearby. Our room was comfortable, clean, and the bathroom had hot water on demand. the staff was always helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We loved the variety of breakfast foods available in the hotel cafe, and the on-site restaurant was excellent. the hotel was also equipped with a modern lift and secure parking.
Despite all the great advantages of the hotel, we were disappointed by some broken furniture in the room and slow service in the restaurant.

Couldn't find any faults at all.
